Want to improve your flexibilty and strength? Join Alisa in the studio for our signature Stretch and Strength class, which offers a low key, no dance opportunity to build both your strength and flexibility.

Classes are based on traditional dance warm ups, stretches and strengthening exercises, giving you a low key but effective work out!  This class is perfect for new mums wanting to ease back into a fitness routine, or for people just starting out on their fitness or dance journey. Courses run for 10 weeks and classes run every term.
